I am Kazuhide and welcome to reading my article. Recentry, I getting so much mails regarding to people that wants to move Japan. Yes Japan is last great economic shining star to this world, but before crossing the border to work the menial Engrish labor to help your family, prease try to fixing your own shitty country.

 Hey there buddy! I was told you were the 'go-to' guy on all things Japan, so here I am. Well, this may seem like a silly question that any amount of decent Googling could satisfy, however Google is no substitute for experience. So, now my question. What's a good estimate for the amount in USD that I would need to permanently relocate to Japan. Also, how many questions do you get daily?

Why do houses/apartments not appreciate in value over the years, unlike other places in the world? We're not talking about 3rd world countries; Japan is one of the most expensive countries to live in, technologically advanced, etc...

You are rude to be so intolerant the different relative cultural difference. I never comprain about Americans being fat, ugly and stupid. They can't help and it part of their heritages.
