The Art Issue 2010: call for submissions!

Yes people, it's that time of year again - our second annual Art Issue is in the works, and after the tremendous success of last year's inaugural showcase presentation we're once more ready to hand over the palette to Japan's most talented gaijin artists! 

2010's Japanzine Art Issue will arrive in April and the competition is open to gaijin talent of all shapes, sizes and artistic denominations. If you're a creator of anything that can be represented in print, we want to put you on a pedestal. Sculpture, multimedia, video, painting... whatever your discipline, whatever your media, we want to hear about it!

Entrants should submit five digital representations from their portfolio, attaching a short biography and a photo of themselves. We ask only that you reside in Japan, you class as a gaijin (apologies to our Japanese readers, but our aim is to give exposure to those who are - for whatever reason - usually ignored in this country) and that you get your stuff to us by March 15th.
